Selection Criteria

• Players are nominated by their winter team coaches to strict requiremnts for ability and motivation for the benifit of themselves, all participants and the success of the progam.

Aim of the program

• Inspire our more motivated, skilful and competitive players to achieve higher football within the club rather than somewhere else. To satisfy competitive desires that may not be achieved in a team of mixed abilities.
• Work towards competitive Div 1 teams with a focus on Premier League, Super league, AA1 and AA2 in both men’s and womens in the future.
• Help U10 – U12 to transition to full field full rules with confidence under the mentorship of the older players.

Pilot Description:

• The pilot is a window to the advanced playing environment.
• For players who are looking to enhance their football skills and tactical awareness and understanding of the game.
• This will be a structured 5-week program
• Each session will be based on the FFA’s advanced coaching program with adjustments allowing for players who are new to that level
• Sessions will be designed by Roselea coaches who will also be involved in taking the sessions.
• Our Club Coaches are qualified at C License, Senior Coaching License, Game Training License.
